Good location, free parking, hot shower, nice staff (my 2nd stay). Great pizza and pint deal in the restaurant with great views to the mountains.

Size of the room was lovely for a single person, not really suitable for a couple, option for prive room not only bunk beds was nice.

This is easily the most affordable place to stay in Llanberis, other than camping. Great cosy family room with en-suite. Fairly close to Llanberis - just a 10 minute walk to the village shops and lakeside. Great little pop-up Thai takeaway in the village! The hostel staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to the start walking trails to Yr Wyddfa with a car or via the bus. Warning to anyone wishing to start walking from Pen Y Pass - car park booking is required in advance online. We didn't know this and ended up parking 2 miles down the road and walking through boggy terrain to Pen Y pass, then along the track via the beautiful lakes. It was an adventure but now we know for next time!

Really friendly informative staff particularly on check in. Worth knowing there is a small fridge on the landing for residents use. I wish I had known about it before arriving. Lovely pizza and pint.
