Eventual later arrivals might be exceptionally possible. However, this must be confirmed by the Front Desk before booking. Contact the property in advance to inquire whether collecting the keys after 22:00 is possible. Occasionally, only self-check-in might be available after 20:00 with key collection at a nearby location.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The best thing about the appartment was the location, accacability and the helpfull staff. Everything we needed was in walking distance, even the train/bus station is walkable (15-20 mins). The easy acces and the people working there made it a very pleasant stay.

A good place to stay in Ljubljana. Id say location is almost perfect - you're at the nicer end of the central river section/old town, not far away from lots of shops and cafes and restaurants, yet also not too close so it isnt really busy and loud outside. The receptionist in arrival was excellent and helpful. We booked a river view room. I was a little underwhelmed. The room was big and nice, and bushy trees can't be helped, but we couldn't see the river at all, or even many building etc for that matter. Mostly just trees and the path out front as we were on the first floor. Not great after paying extra for a "river view" room and seeing all these nice photos online. I asked if they had a "river view" room on a higher floor for better views but nothing was available. We were there for our anniversary and I mentioned this in advance. I received a response in advance, and the receptionist also said "we'll do something very nice for you". However, we didn't receive anything. This was probably an innocent mistake and forgotten, and we don't expect anything. But after being told they'd do something for us, again we were left underwhelmed when this wasn't the case. There's no air con which means at night we had the fan on and windows wide open, which isnt then great for noise of passers by and the nearby main road. On day 1 my wife had a shower and after 2 minutes the water went cold. We waited about 40 minutes (including memtioning this to reception who told us to wsit half an hour) and still no hot water, so i had to have a cold shower. It seemed ok the other days but again, not ideal on day 1 to have no hot water. Whilst here we also asked for breakfast tea bags, but they didn't have any. Not a big issue at all, but a suggestion to maybe have these in stock for future guests and not just fruity teas.

Absolutley loved this place. We had a spacious, clean and comfortable room with a view over the river (as the name would suggest). A short walk to all the sights of Ljubljana, but just far enought away from the busier restuarants. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful.
