The room was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was also lovely, but could use better labeling (ingredients, allergens, vegan/vegetarian, etc).

We have been regular guests for years and always look forward to returning each winter. We love both the hotel and the city. The staff are always kind, polite, and helpful. The room is very cozy, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The convenience of the garage, accessible directly by elevator, is also a real plus. Breakfast, as always, is abundant and manages to satisfy every guest’s needs and tastes. Truly excellent as always! Once you grow attached to this place, you can’t help but keep coming back.I really appreciated the attention of the reception staff, who remembered that we are regular guests each winter and kindly wished to see us again next year.
