Located 4 min away by car from Lixouri, the apartment is spacious, very sunny and gets a lot of light during the day. We were very nice surprised at arrival with musaka and a rice cake. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of the bedroom has a floor AC, the others have standard mounted AC. The sheets are changed daily and the towels are changed each day if you want. Although we didn't use them all, we received towels for bathroom, pool and beach. The bathrooms are very small, but it is nice that there are 2.

Top floor apartment had a nice view and balcony was great for chilling and having a breakfast. Its also facing towards sun rise so if you wake up you get to see sunrise from your balcony. The villa is just short walk from nice sandy beach Lepeda with taverna that serves a really good fish. The pool was great. Daily cleaning of the apartment was done and we also got some traditional food made by host and welcome drink and fruits. We really appriciated that our laundry was done.

The setting was peaceful and the family hosting the villa were helpful. The facility provided plenty of fresh towels and the team came in each day to remove rubbish and clean the floors.

This was absolute paradise for us : We are a family of 5 who wanted a quiet place to stay where we could relax - somewhere a little away from the town. It was absolutely everything we needed for our holiday 💜 The location was ideal, the villa was spotless and the hosts were so kind; Along with bottled water and orange juice, Nancy left us her home-made moussaka in the fridge along with a generous helping of a delicious Greek custard dessert! The hosts provide towels for showering, for the beach and for the pool - excellent service; so well organised. Spyros was very helpful and gave us some really good advice about the best places to eat out and the best beaches to visit. We hired a car for the whole week and managed to visit many places. However, for all of us, we enjoyed our time on the Paliki peninsula the most. It’s quieter and more laid back. We met and made friends with some of the locals, sampled the Greek cuisine daily and we are now saving up to return as soon as we can! We would recommend Villa Ostria wholeheartedly - so close to its own beach, access to the sea through the olive grove…. Absolutely perfect for our needs! Ps Our flight to Manchester was among those cancelled on Sunday 23rd June…. After a stressful time rearranging with the airline to leave on the 25th, I rang Spyros from the airport and we were able to return to the villa for an extra 2 nights! Can’t believe how blessed we have been to find this place and the people who own it!
