Comfortable room. The building was built at around 1900’s, the ceilings and windows are high. Breakfast is fair enough (without any salad, tomato, olives). The parking lots can be found within the main street and free.

Last minute reservation after an unexpected ferry cancellation. The property was exactly as described clean and quiet and good value for money. Probably a little further out of Livorno centre than we would have liked, it was very warm for walking but is on a bus route. Welcoming lady on reception advised us on a local restaurant and arranged a transfer to the port the following morning.

Right next to the beach, very good neighbourhood, lots of better restaurants in the area. All the basics, very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is absolutely fine.
