Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. We arrived and were offered a complimentary drink at the bar as we arrived ahead of our check in time and parking outside the venue. When we came downstairs we were told our room had been upgraded to the Marconi Suite at the top of the hotel which had its own entrance, decking, coffee and sunbathing area with views across the entire waterfront. We were blown away. The room was incredibly clean, staff were lovely, great pool and breakfast and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Fantastic experience all round and start to our holiday. We will be recommending and hopefully returning in the future.
