The owner was awesome, very accommodating. There were so many extras. He sent us to a couple of local restaurants that were spot on.

The apartment was pristine. Marco provided an overwhelming generous breakfast staples and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Also it has a lift for easy access.

The apartment is in the heart ofLivorno so great for walking around. The accommodation was of an exceptional standard with every amenity possible included. Food for breakfast was vast from cakes and pastries to cheese and ham and fruit. All modern gadgets including a coffee machine with capsules, a box of special teas and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Not to mention the bowls of sweets. The bedrooms were spotless and a modern shower room well appointed. Our only problem was finding a parking space on a busy weekend. The host was very helpful and lives in the adjoining apartment.

Marco is a great, he took care of everything. He made the arrival super easy and flexible, took care for so , many options for breakfast, and was so kind and friendly.
