The landlady is the absolute definition of kindness and hospitality. She speaks excellent English and takes great care to ensure a comfortable stay. Her house has everything a family needs when going on vacation to Livigno: a garage, a storage room for equipment, a washing machine, and an elevator providing access to the upper floors. On top of that, every morning you find a bag of fresh bread rolls waiting at your door.

A wonderful place to stay! The apartment is cozy and well equipped. Valerie is extremely kind and always available if needed, and she brings fresh bread every morning. The ski bus is 50 meters from the apartment, and even without it, the cassana cable car is nearby. It's also possible to ski back directly to the apartment from the slope.

Nice, comfortable app. Elevator, underground parking. Warm place for ski and boots. Very friendly owner, everyday fresh bread hanging at the door. Full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well working heating steering. Quiet place.
