Fantastic breakfast. Central location. Room spacious by ski resort standards. Clean bathroom, and easy access in and out. Parking available right in the front of the hotel/restaurant. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good with several options and products from Italy. The place is indeed ski to door and we managed to come from the close slopes to the property balcony. If you want to explore other places around Livigno there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, which operates every 10 minutes and its very good.

Had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed the food, dinning there almost every evening, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cosy and clean. Fully utilised the sauna to warm up after spending a day on the slopes. Everything is walking distance from the location. Convenient parking just outside. Zero issues with noise so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again, we were sad to leave.
