livigno is a wonderful resort town with great food and skiing; parking for the hotel was convenient in a garage right underneath; views from balcony were lovely and the room had lots of storage for your luggage. rooms were cleaned each day no matter the time, fresh towels always replaced. the woman working at breakfast was very friendly. wellness facility is very nice and modern and a wonderful addition after a day of skiing. really appreciated the smart TV so we could watch Netflix in bed. very kind of the staff to make us to-go breakfast on our last day, thank you!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel has a wonderful spa with two baths and a large jacuzzi. At the exit from the hotel there is a bus stop
