Somehow at dinner my brand new electronic cigarette disappeared and I was pretty sure that I left it at the table. I politely messaged reception saying that after 1 minute was gone and that they probably threw it away, that working in the same field I expect a bit more care and attention for guest’s stuff and the way they resolved this was perfection and made my heart full! They went out and bought a new one for me! Soooo sweet, kind and a fantastic way to turn around a complaint and win over a guest. Very very well done. And btw I am so sorry guys but I later found the E-cigarette I thought I lost on my bed 🙈 but lost it again after 10 minutes. Wasn’t meant to use that. Again thank you for everything. Ah and the American Italian with great arms waiter in the restaurant was super nice and sweet too! Great service as well!

We booked a deluxe double room, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located with a good breakfast and a large selection of food. The great atmosphere was provided with live music until 23:30. The atmosphere in the hotel is unique and fantastic. The hotel staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We had a small technical problem with our car and we got help from hotel staff superb quickly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody. You made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable.

The room was big, functional and warm. The location of the hotel was very good, it is pretty near a very good gondola. The breakfast was great as well. All in all, loved everything.

The stay at Bivio Hotel was very nice. We were greeted very friendly by reception staff and even received a free room upgrade. The service in the restaurant was also great. We definitely come back to Bivio Hotel. Thank you for the great stay 😊.
