You cannot get more central in Livigno than this property! And the breakfast I think is the best in Italy :). Also the facilities for parking underground. We were on motorcycles and we could park in the basement and take the lift up to our room with all our gear. Great balcony and view onto the mountain.

brilliant location - close to the centre if you want to shop and a stone’s throw from the cable car if you want to ski/mountain bike.
