Perfect location. 50 meters from American ski lift(#10), from which you can get directly to Carosello 3000. San Giovanni pizzeria is also a great place to eat, delicious pizza and main dishes. And there are two hotels in 50m radius, that have SPA, in case if you want to chill somewhere.

It is perfect for a family with a child. It is in a nice area of Livigno, clean, with a kitchen that has nearly everything you need even for a longer stay. Great value for your money. An extra is the presence of a nice Pizzeria that is owned by the hosts with great Italian food.

Super friendly place, great control of temperature inside the house, clean, cozy and with everything needed. The cafe nearby is very nice and location is great wrt ski life and food options.
