breakfast was excellent! the staff were very chatty and made our stay really welcoming. The toilet handle broke on our first night and the bath tap on the second day but both got fixed super quickly!

The room was very big, it was clean, massive bath, the only downside was it was very hard to fill the kettle up with water from the bathroom and the only place to boil the kettle was on the floor so not good if you have young kids the room could do with a revamp as it was a bit dated but overall very comfortable beds great price and I would highly recommend the reception area is absolutely lovely with the decor I would definitely book again

Family room was so spacious, beds very comfortable, clean. Jacuzzi bath a big hit with the kids. Location was perfect for a quick trip in Liverpool city centre. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - everyone that we met was so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
