Staff were lovely very helpful and polite. Room was great for a couple of nights spotlessly clean. Couldn’t fault it. On checking in the young man realised we were celebrating an anniversary and offered us a celebration drink which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

The whole stay was brilliant. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating as we were early check-in and late flight departure, both occasions the hotel kindly kept our luggage. I look forward to staying again in the future. Brilliant service and cleanliness as well as central location to everything Liverpool has to offer
