We had a lovely stay in Novetel. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean, staff amazing, comfortable bed and one of the best showers. Nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was very modern &.clean with kettle & complentary biscuits & water..Also had ironing board & Iron. Buffet Breakfast was good &.had a lunch too. Also nice. 10 mins taxi ride to docks or 5 mins to train station. It's an eco hotel.

Perfect location for the Royal Liverpool Univ Hospital to where my mum was referred for an operation. Dead easy to get buses or taxis into the centre
