Lovely modern decor. Quiet, comfortable room with 'mini kitchen' in cupboard. Large shower and Molton Brown toiletries in bathroom. Very friendly staff on Reception at all times. Personally written 'welcome' card was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the drinks and nibbles at 6pm each evening which created a convivial atmosphere as we got chatting with other guests, which was lovely. Excellent location. Great breakfast at Wreck, just across the road. They use quality ingredients and offer discount for Resident guests, which we didn't realise the first day. Thank you to all The Resident staff for a great stay.

The hotel receptionist was lovely Maria was the receptionist who checked us in lovely Lady the hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff were genuine, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Their attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The hotel was spotless throughout.
