staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed comfortable, good location for the Ropewalks. it was quiet at night and had a fan in room with air con to keep us cool. will definitely book again and recommend

The staff were really friendly. Especially the lady working early on Sunday morning. She gave me lots of useful information about the area and also were to buy a bowl of Scouse 🙂
