The staff on reception were especially welcoming and friendly and really made the hotel stand out. There was plenty of free parking. The nautical theme was fun, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Located on a quiet back street, It is very convenient for the town centre, railway station, and a couple of minutes from restaurants on London road serving tasty Arabic and Kurdish food. The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant; although we did not go, we could see it was popular.
