This is the 3rd time I have stayed at The Halyard and it is of high standards each time. The concierges are always helpful and staff extremely pleasant even though you were busy and had queues.

Think I might have found my new favourite hotel in Liverpool! As soon as I walked in, I received a warm greeting. The check-in process was very quick. The decor and layout of the room is beautiful, and the great use of space with the iron behind the mirror. All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful and you can tell that they enjoy working there. The hotel is a short walk from the main shopping centre and there are shops, cafes and restaurants very near to the hotel. I will definitely be back!!!!

Location perfect, Room very cleverly laid out and some nice thoughtful touches such as the complimentary drinks in the fridge, and providing wine glasses. Excellent shower as well. Bed was a little firm for me, but thats just me. The breakfast was exceptional, but the service was very good as well. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and they were constantly checking if we needed anything else. Lastly, the reception team were also excellent, and the concierges by the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, and happily offered suggestions and directions
