Upon arrival we were greeted by the very lovely Emil, he quickly checked us in and explained everything we needed to know - Emil dealt with us a few times and each time was super friendly - a real asset to The Dolby. Each member of staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I have had in the UK, all hot food was piping hot, well presented and well cooked. The variety of breakfast items far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to be conveniently located near to bars, shopping, night life and cultural events. Well done Dolby (with a special mention to Emil)
