This was a last minute booking and booked mainly due to the price but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a friendly face and yes a tired building but clearly people were making an effort too Improve the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, they obviously care about improving the hotel..

Friend staff , although they mentioned that there was a bus outside ever ten minutes, 30 mins is the correct answer . Also the back gates were locked at night . No mention of this when leaving through then during the day .

Very spacious Staff are lovely and v helpful They let us leave the car all day when we went out into Liverpool even though we had checked out!
