The fine print
Please note that at least 50% of the guests in an apartment must be 21 years and over. Only guests included in the booking are permitted in the apartment. Access codes are sent on the day of arrival, following payment. Late check outs are available, for a fee and can be arranged direct via the mobile. Parking is available in our off site secure facility for a fee of £20 per vehicle per night. Reception is open 24 hours. Front entrance and apartment codes are given on arrival and are valid for the length of the stay.Late check outs will incur an additional fee of £20 per hour after 10:00 on the day of departure. The fee will be deducted from the security deposit.The lead booker is required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All other guests in the apartments are to give their names. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.York Street Studios is strictly non-smoking. Any guests who are found to be smoking, or if there is any evidence of smoking in the apartments, the security deposit will be retained.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. - Perfect, central location, calm street - Helpful staff that let us check in early after we had a bad experience in an Airbnb we rented for our stay but wanted to leave it asap - everything is spotlessly clean and in new condition - great interior design reflecting the city ambiance - very comfortable beds - large spaces

I would recommend this property the communication between myself and the host was fantastic I had a few questions and they came back immediately which I have not found with other hosts. The property was perfectly placed and just enough off the main thoroughfare to have a nice quiet stay. The property exceeded in cleanliness and facilities, in fact on my return I booked again!! I won’t be looking elsewhere in Liverpool again

From start to finish the host has been exceptionally accommodating for the group of us. They offered the personal touch after arranging the trip for our friends 50th birthday. I asked the host about decorations and they offered to do it all for us! Taking away the stress for us all, they organised and arranged balloons (personalised) and prosecco on ice for our arrival. The location is close to everything and and eating facilities opposite and also around the corner from the apartment. We have found our new hidden gem!
