Please note that the property is only accessible by steps.Please note that the property will send check-in codes via email on the day of check-in.Kindly note the accommodation has lift access along with a small staircase to each apartment. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.This property is located in a busy area in the city centre, guests may experience some noise from outside.Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally.A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property.All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labour.Office hours are 09:00 – 17:00 hours Monday through to Sunday for urgent enquiries or assistance please call the property direct.

Large apartment with excellent comfort, kitchen facilities excellent. Clean bathroom with nice soft towels. All staff we met were very polite and friendly. Location is brilliant. Security good. Very good value for money and competitive. I always recommend to my friends.

As at the moment I suffer with a bad knee I was very worried as we wanted to fit so much in on our stay in Liverpool but I would not be able to do it the location of this property or central to everything everywhere we looked in our map was 10 minutes walk left right straight down straight up it was perfect I could not wish for a better place to stay. I would recommend this to all my family and friends and beyond.
