Great location with secure parking. Clean with all facilities needed for a base for weekend site seeing. Host very responsive to questions.

suprisingly very quiet location given proximity to major roads into city. simple basic facilities 25 minute easy walk to city. 7 minute drive to ferry.

Gated safe car park, access code given for both side gate and car park gate. Gill met us with the key, showed us into the property and was brilliant. The flat was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with tea coffee and sugar. The room had plenty of towels. Lovely throughout.

Gill was great, friendly and punctual for both check in and check out. Secure parking was a big plus for us and the location was ideal for travel into and out of the city, and was close enough to walk when needed to. Fresh milk was provided on arrival and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was enough light and space to set up a remote working space. The process for the deposit went smoothly and the return of the deposit was more or less instant on check out.
