I like availability and helpfullness of the personnel: they responded to my complaints about the noise in the adjacent room. The place was clean and easily accessible (no need to enter codes and such).

cheap and cheerful. Great location, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean. Great if you are on a budget. Love this area of Liverpool around the university and Georgian quarter. Pretty architecture, close to the two cathedrals, lots of pubs and only a 15 minute walk to the main city centre and train station.

The accommodation price was affordable, and each room had their own toilets, free coffee and tea
