Early check-in's and Late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed. We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier) Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Duke St. Townhouse reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy. Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app / text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The Duke St. Townhouse Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Good location in the city so could navigate around the city easy from here . Comfortable bed and had air con which was handy so didn't need to have windows open , due to being on a relatively busy road I can imagine it could get quite loud at times. (We always been earbugs when staying in cities anyway). Good value for money . Great location for local restaurants and bars etc . Easy walk to the train station which was so handy for us as we travelled by train . Easy self check in with instructions sent by property Really nice food market down the road (duke street food market ) and lovely Italian bakery too so didn't have to go far for some good food/drinks .

I loved everything about our stay here. Staff were fab when our card would not open the door. It was very clean and comfortable, everything there that we needed tho we did not use the cooking facilities. It was in a fabulous location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would maybe ask to see another apartment as me personally, i like to look out of a window and see what was going on outside. That was my only negative. Could only see the clouds and rooftops, the windows were so high up and we were on the 1st floor?. But don't let that put anyone else off. It was fabulous. Thank you.
