When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please make note that property does not accept cash payment. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure). We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge - Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This was a last minute reservation because an earlier booking did not have the facilities we required. On site parking, clothes washer and superb location!!

The apartment has very secure entrances and parking and is really central, and easy walking distance to everywhere. The initial entry contact was a little tricky but once we found and drove up to the underground parking entrance and spoke to reception it was very easy from there. Reception were extremely helpful and friendly. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate living space and reasonably well equipped kitchen for basic needs.

We arrived and was up graded which was a nice surprise, it's was spacious and very clean. We loved how close it was to where we wanted to go . We would definitely stay with cove paradise again 😁

The hospitality on arrival great welcome from staff and also able to leave our luggage on site while we went to the football next day smashing accommodation and spotless facilities excellent will definitely stay again when visiting Liverpool thankyou to all for a superb stay.
