The fine print
When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please make note that property does not accept cash payment. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure). We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge - Free Hardkey replacement - £50 Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location in the centre of town with so much within walking distance. Not too noisy given the location but I was on a high floor. Amazing amount of space and well equipped.

The location was excellent right in the middle of the shopping plaza. But was not noisy. You could see the docks from the window (our apartment was floor 10 and it was a beautiful view!). The people were so SO lovely! The American person at reception was so funny and I wasn’t kidding about wanting a visit of New York! Haha! The rooms were Gorgeous and the beds were SO comfortable! You get a view of the city from your bed! The underground parking was great as we found it hard to find anywhere else that had private hotel parking let alone secure parking.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, but not too noisy either. The apartment was spotless. So much so, it felt like we were the first people to stay in it. Staff were friendly and helpful. All facilities worked and plenty of hot water. The lift and communal areas all smelled really nice and clean.
