In terms of location the hotel was spot on a very short walk from Matthew Street and pride quarter can't fault it. The room had a fantastic view of Liverpool. The hotel was spotless and it was a beautiful building. It wasn't cheap but on location alone it's worth spending that bit extra. By far the best hotel I've stayed at in Liverpool yet. And clearly very popular due to how busy it was. A few things could be done to make small improvements to the hotel. However I would visit again without a doubt. It was my friends birthday so we received a complimentary drink which was a nice touch.

It was an excellent location right in the centre of Liverpool City centre and the room was OK. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with very modern facilities including a lovely walk in shower. They also let us check in a bit earlier than the time stated.
