The room was large and clean. The staff was nice. The location made it easy for both access from the train station and walks in town/to the sea front. The restaurant with the view on the river was great - decor and food!

We had a wonderful time in Littlehampton thanks to great accommodation, brilliant service and good food. The view of the river from the dining table was delightful. Being able to park the car all day on site while we went walking was so convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Room was super - clean, modern decor, very comfy beds and top notch bathroom. Most highly recommended. April 2026

Location was just a few mins walk from Littlehampton railway station and 10 mins lovely walk to the seafront. Wonderful restaurant menu at reasonable prices. Had the whole plaice which was delicious. The room seemed newly fitted out, bathroom/shower etc. View of the river.
