Quiet location, spacious interior & big TV. Big, well equipped kitchen. Golf putting outside. Parking space. 30 minute walking distance to beach.

We have stayed before so knew what to expect, great location for us to visit relatives in Arundel & Bognor, and to go back to all of our favourite places that we loved when we lived in Rustington. Very comfortable bungalow & very clean

The shower was hot, very clean and had fleece blankets supplied. Comfy beds and very quiet inside so great glazing. Liked the open space lounge and clever garden set up. Proximity to places to visit super but was out of the tourist queues.
