Guest houses Overview

On Littlehampton seafront, Arun Sands offers well-appointed guest house accommodation on the West Sussex coast. A 10-minute walk from the town centre and train station, it provides free WiFi throughout.

The en-suite shower room has a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries The superior bedrooms include a king-size bed, with room for an additional two single beds.

I just required an affordable safe overnight stay with access to Brighton via train.Owner very welcoming and informative. The room was quite small. There was no heating and did get cold as in seasonal transition so had to add another Duvet on top.which I discovered in the covered seating. TV maybe could be in better position!

Location was exceptional for the area. Staff were friendly. Room clean and suitable. Very quiet with no disturbance. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Very quiet although right at the front by river and park. We were in the top room and herd nothing all night. Even flannels which is becoming less common.
