Comfortable, friendly and helpful host, and good central location in Littlehampton. The unavailability of breakfast at the Rooms was an advantage. There were good morning good choices nearby.

I booked the small double room. It is fine for one person but I don't think that there is space for two people. It was clean and quiet. Since I was traveling for business, I was away all day. Perfect if you want a place just for sleep. Very good location. Close to the sea and the city center.

No breakfast served. Location was close to both sea and river. Also, a very long sandy beach except ay high tide.
