Very nice place, calm away from city but close enough to get to one when needed. We must be lucky but all trees in front of the houses were blooming which was very nice. Little stream of water on back give us that nice wibe and sounds so nice and relaxing.

Lovely little place . very clean ,neat and good space for a family of four. Only problem was the Wifi connection ,because of that we couldn't enjoy our family movie time .

We had a very enjoyable seven days. The accommodation was in excellent condition with all modern conveniences. Will certainly return . The refurbishment had been planned and finished to a very high standard. A walk in shower and a very well appointed kitchen

Comfort and peace. Surrounded by nature. We felt safe and contented on the outskirts of major local attractions such as Looe and Fowey to name just a few. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay and felt sad when it came to an end…until our next time, we will definitely be back.
