Everything! By far the best place I’ve rented for a week away - peaceful quiet surroundings, yet close enough to hit the road to travel all over Cornwall. Matt the owner was fantastic! I will certainly be back😊

We were warmly welcomed by Matt on arrival who gave us a tour of the property. We were so impressed by the high-spec of the cottage including underfloor heating and an intercom system which connected between rooms, the other cottage and the orchard area which included a hot tub and bar. There is a good Wi-Fi system and we were also able to log into our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts on the TV. Don't expect to be in the middle of a town as this is a beautiful quiet location down a country lane but in easy reach of the A38 so a great base to explore the delights of Cornwall. I cannot recommend Elvan Cottage highly enough and really hope to visit again in the near future

excellent facilities. we used it as a base to visit local sights. Matt the owner was very helpful in advising where to visit, and where to park.
