First of all County Clare is an incredible part of Ireland to explore. Liscannor is a beautiful little village with great coffee and food options. When we weren’t driving and exploring all Clare has to offer we would return home to a beautiful cottage right on the water. We visited in February but this place was so warm and comfortable we totally enjoyed our visit and was genuinely sad to leave.

It was perfect for us - warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. House is beautifully decorated and provides everything one needs in terms of amenities etc. The host is charming, with just the right amount of pre and during stay communication.

Ease of access to the village and could park right outside this pretty cottage. Located right by the harbour and with a beautiful garden to the rear which turned out to be a bird watchers paradise. Provided with fuel to enjoy a real fire in the downstairs stove. Quality of bed and bedding was excellent and a good range of kitchen equipment and crockery on hand. Our hostess was charming and provided invaluable local information and knowledge
