Our stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of good quality cooked and cold food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always present. The decor of the lobby and breakfast room was elegant.

We arrived at 05:30 in the morning off a flight and the receptionist was able to find us a room way before checkin (15:00). Quite exceptional service! The hotel is also very nice and very well situated in the heart of the Alfama. Excellent breakfast too.
