An excellent breakfast was provided with tea/coffee etc available 24/7. The room although compact with limited storage space, was quite adequate for a short stay. It was well equipped, comfortable and the sound-proofing was excellent. The members of staff were charming, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.. The location, in a buzzy area overlooking the estuary and close to some of the historic visitor attractions, was excellent, with the added bonus of being right on the famous No 28 tram route. We will come here again.

Our stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt
