Aside from the points mentioned at negative, we found the hotel generally comfortable and enjoyable. The refreshment table in the lobby is a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet is decent with a good variety. Overall: There’s potential here, and some nice details, but the bathroom and drainage issues really undermined our stay. With more consistent maintenance and attention to detail, Luster could deliver on the experience it’s aiming for — but it’s not quite there yet.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and the staff's exceptional service and kindness made our stay truly unforgettable. *Facilities and Location* The hotel's facilities are modern, sleek, and perfectly designed to cater to every guest's needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is also fantastic, situated in the heart of Lisbon, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's main attractions. *Cleanliness* The hotel's cleanliness is top-notch, with our room being spotless every day. The housekeeping staff were diligent and efficient, always ensuring that our space was tidy and well-stocked with fresh towels and linens. *Breakfast* The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, with an impressive selection of delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the attentive service from the breakfast staff, who were always happy to refill our plates and offer recommendations. *The Bar Staff: Excellent Service* Although we didn't have a chance to enjoy a drink at the bar, the staff were excellent in providing us with everything we needed. From refilling our hot water bottle to serving us a selection of teas, they were always happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. *Staff: Consistency is Key* What truly sets the Luster Hotel apart is the staff. Every single member of the team we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
