“Lovely new hotel in Lisbon with excellent staff and services.”

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Hotel which is situated near the container terminal. It was within walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants, as well as the LX Factory is such a lovely cobble stoned market place with lovely shops and restaurants. It was also close to town with Tram and bus stops right there. The staff were exceptional - very eager to please and super friendly. Amazing spa as well.

We appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. The entire hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. Our room was well equipped and relatively spacious, with amenities such as a coffee/tea station and an ironing set. We also enjoyed having a balcony, independent air conditioning, and good sound insulation — especially helpful at night given the occasional street noise. The hotel offers convenient transport connections to the city centre (via tram) and to the airport (20–30 minutes by Bolt or taxi). We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good selection of high-quality food.

Comfortable 5 star hotel with all the amenities for a pleasant stay during a 3 day meeting at the nearby conference center. The staff was very forthcoming and at our arrival upgraded our room to a corner suite with a great view. The breakfast is up to expectations, and the staff will gladly meet your wishes for a certain type of coffee or your favourite omlette combination. The ICON rooftop bar is a must. A bit out of the city center but definitely worth a stay.
