I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, they can take the time to help you and answer questions and advise what is worth seeing. On the occasion of my birthday, a surprise was waiting for me in the room :D The breakfasts were delicious. Great location. Thank you for a great time spent at Eurostars Universal Hotel.

The breakfast was one of the best we have had staying in different 5 stars hotels in Lisbon. The girl making the hot beverages was very service minded and an expert in her field. The best cappuccino and hot chocolate we have every tasted in Portugal. She is a keeper !! :)

A very new high rise hotel in the new port area. Near to the airport. Easy underground parking. Large comfy bed. Great view of the gondola and water.

All the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing: plenty of choice, good quality food, and well layed out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed a shaving kit for my husband and it was no issue. There was an issue with the internet for a brief period but they kept us informed and was resolved quickly.

Relatively new. It claims 5 stars but that is not remotely the case. No doormen, no concierge, small but clean and comfortable room. Walter at the bistro/ bar was excellent. Asking for a taxi was the wrong question.

Didn’t have breakfast,location was excellent,staff were all amazing. Room was immaculate especially the bathroom! Facilities were super. Great roof top bar too!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, We were only stopping in Lisbon for one night and the hotel's proximity to both the bus station and airport made it the perfect place to stay before catching a plane. It was a really peaceful area and the rooms were fantastic.
