It is very tastefully decorated. The space is large and comfortable. All the necessary ameneties were available. The luggage storage that I had booked through a service recommended By appartment staff did not work and they were gracious to let me leave my bags before the official check-in time.

Views from the windows of the castle, the giggled, piggledy houses, all lit up at night. Super breakfast place 20 steps away called breakfast lovers, easy walking to Alfama, Chiado and metro stop and trams near. A bit rough and ready but no worse than other areas in major cities and no one bothered us, in fact we felt really safe at night but maybe some may not. Can't vouch for oven or air con as didn't use only really slept there.we were right at the top so ceilings were low and we bumped heads a few times but the views made up for it. Great for a couple and for a few nights. Make sure you take the door code out with as it's not easy to memorise!! Loved it and would recommend 👌

The location of the apartment in the old city was wonderful. The apartment is big enough to host two adults and one child.
