The fine print
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 9 PM, and a surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals after 12 AM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.A security deposit of 250€ per stay will be requested at check-in. This deposit will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and it will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no significant damages found during the accommodation inspection. Otherwise the pre-authorization will be converted into a payment to cover the repair costs, up to the specified amount.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
