The fine print
A security deposit of 250€ per stay will be requested at check-in.
This deposit will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and it will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no significant damages found during the accommodation inspection.
Otherwise the pre-authorization will be converted into a payment to cover the repair costs, up to the specified amount.
Please note that late check-in after 21:00 is possible at an extra cost of EUR 30.
Late check-in after 00:00 is possible at an extra fee of EUR 40.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Decent sized apartment. Very well equipped with lots of storage. Great location. Close to supermarkets, metro, tram stops or if you want, town is only 20 minutes walk. Easy Check in process.

The young attendant met us right at the place and was very accommodating with respect to time. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including two separate full baths. The location was excellent: in two days we saw so much by just walking everywhere, never had to take a metro or bus. If we wanted however the tram 28 line goes right in front of the building which would provide a great way to get around. Lastly there is a great brew pub restaurant right next door!
