Very friendly and helpful staff. The room needs renovation, my son hit his head on the wood headboard and it almost opened his head. He was not jumping, he just rested his head. It’s dangerous for kids. There was a strong smell on the 5th floor. Breakfast was very bad, the eggs were cold, and they didn’t have variety of food. No room service was a disappointment. Good location.

A really beautiful building, was great to have a pool to cool off after a hot day. The location was excellent, walking distance to main attractions and tube stop and train station right outside. Supermarket just around the corner. The rooms were really big, great for travelling with kids as a family. The staff were excellent, especially the 2 guys at the roof top bar, they were super friendly and helpful, even gave us tips on where to visit. Reception team were very good too.

Location was great, metro and buses next door. Easy to get to all the tourist attractions. The roof top pool and view was a bonus.
