I had a wonderful stay! I want to give massive props to Ricardo Saavedra for his professionalism and great character - always smiling and making the reception feel so welcoming. You can really see how happy the team is. Also, a big thank you to Director Tiago Carlos for being such a present and supportive leader. Also I can’t forget Ana who always went above and beyond to be accommodating.

Lovely staff that put welcoming arms around you. Bars are great and it was all new. Lovely comfy bed and the room was kept very clean throughout our 5 day trip.

We had a wonderful stay at TURIM Lisboa Hotel and highly recommend it! The service was excellent – the rooms were cleaned daily and everything was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Since we were there on our honeymoon, we were warmly surprised upon arrival with sparkling wine, muffins, a fruit platter, and a welcome note from the hotel director. Later, for my husband’s birthday, the hotel kindly brought us delicious little cakes and a bottle of red house wine to the room. All these thoughtful details made our stay truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
