Great location in the city center, the breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The dorms are nicely furnished, with lamp, socket, USB socket and a little shelf in each bunk and curtains for privacy. Lockers for luggage are fairly spacious and if you forget a lock, you can purchase one at reception. The lobby area is also nice to just hang out if your dorm feels cramped or loud.

Сlean, modern design, and very friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable (I had a bed in a four-person room), the common areas are cozy, and the location is simply perfect — close to many attractions, cafes, and public transport. An excellent option for a comfortable and affordable stay in the city.

The first night, all was great. Quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Second night; a new group arrived. Noisy. Banging on my bedroom door, demanding to see someone. I got up and yelled that this was the wrong room. It sound like someone was moving furniture most of the night! No phone in room to call front desk. We had to leave for early flight, Staff made us two breakfast boxes. Very good. Great staff.

Best staff, location and value for money. I felt like I was staying at home. Louis, the receptionist was super welcoming when I checked in. The beautiful deputy manager was working humbly among us in the lobby every single day from 9 to 5. I am glad that I found my place in Lisbon. I will go back soon& will try the other branches in Spain, Athens & Morocco. I highly recommend Central House Lisbon Baixa.
