The staff were very nice and helpful, they let us leave our backpacks there, earlier and also after check out. The location is close to the centre, even though it's a neighborhood with drug dealers on the street it feels safe and no one is bothering you. The walls are thin but we didn't have a problem with much noise. The breakfast you need to make it yourself, there is food left so you can do it, the kitchen is small but very clean.

The apartment was very beautiful, although it needed some improvements, such as a window that would not close properly and power outlets that were very far away. The only thing I did not like was the location; although it was picturesque, I found it to be somewhat unsafe. Nevertheless, we did not experience any problems. Also, as you enter through the first entrance, there was a constant water leak over electrical cables, and unfortunately it is an accident waiting to happen. This definitely needs to be fixed. The lady on the reception was very cute and help us as well with the luggage’s .

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For that price we found the host was very fair.

Mattress was comfortable, of on the narrow side (140cm) Air conditioning (rare at this price in Lisbon)
