Room was lovely with extra little gifts provided. Bed very comfy and had a huge bathroom. Breakfast choices were excellent and the location was very close to the metro and also the start of the route for the historic tram ride, go catch the first one of the day before 7.30am and you will not be disappointed. Not the hotel's fault but arriving into Lisbon airport was a nightmare for British passport holders, took several hours to clear passport control.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, tasty breakfast. We stayed in a premium room and were treated each evening with a thoughtful gift in our room.

Best experience from staff that we have recieved during our trip in Portugal. From the staff operating the carpark to front of house staff, they were all very accommodating and extremely professional. We arrived a few hours early and there were no issues checking in early. We were offered a free welcome drink and money off in the hotel and sister hotel. During drinks at the bar our son was given free cookies and biscuits. Room was spacious and clean and on returning after a day out we arrived back to a bottle of port, local spirit and cakes which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Excellent location. Parking very reasonable for overnight charges considering the location. Communication via WhatsApp was great.
