As it is a hotel, the room was always cleaned in the morning unlike when staying in apartments, although bigger, do not get tidied up daily. But it would do with at least a kettle or microwave in the room. Luckily, the reception staff at night, Annabelle, was always very nice to heat up food when I needed snacks at night. The two staff present during check-in/out were also both very helpful. The hotel has a lift which is great as my room was on the 6th floor. My room also has a balcony which was nice when winding down after a day exploring the city. They also have a facility to leave bags and suitcases after checking out. It is bit far from the city centre on foot but a Metro is just 3 minutes away from the area so was not really an issue as transport in Lisbon is not that expensive. Will defo recommend.

We checked in late at around 1 AM, and were greeted by a very energetic and friendly hotel staff member who explained everything clearly and even helped carry our suitcase to the room. The room had a lovely view of a beautiful street, was clean, and had good internet access. We stayed for one night and had a very comfortable experience. After check-out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Location, close to the metro station. Easy to go anywhere. Reception lady was really kind and gave us all informations what we needed. Supermarkets around. Comfortable and clean rooms.
