I requested for complimentary foods and drink as my mom visits Portugal for the first time. They took this in consideration and to our surprise there is pastel de nata! Also hotel is newly refurbished and in great condition! Very good and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and are always there when you need help. Nice coffee ☕️ for free because it’s from their brewery very cool. There are also toilets so that’s nice

We had such a nice stay here. We were here during the power outage but they still made sure we were super comfortable and had everything we needed. Rooms were super beautiful and clean. Hope to stay here during our next time in Lisbon!

Palacio is well located, a bit further from city centre but therefore also further away from all overcrowded areas. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. I liked the garden and enjoyed the food (we had lunch in hotel restaurant). Breakfast system is a bit funny as one has to order and options are limited but I do appreciate that as it means food is fresh and nothing is wasted. If someone doesn’t like it, there are plenty nice places to have breakfast nearby. It is really beautiful building and very well designed. One tip - the windows protect well against noise but if one likes to keep them open in the night, this means earplugs are absolutely necessary.
