The hotel is conveniently located to the famous sightseeing with easy access to public transport and shops like Lidl. You can go on foot if you like walking but don’t forget to wear a comfy shoes, take a number 28 tram which stop is just in front of the hotel, Metro and busses are available as well. If you want to save time and money you can grab Bolt or Uber especially if you are traveling in group. We were particularly impressed with the exceptional service provided by all the staff especially Mr. Lopes and those who are working at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, provided us good information, recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was simply amazing with comfortable bed, spacious, spotless, and well attended everyday. The breakfast was great and the coffee is beyond compare. The experience was excellent that surpassed all our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and it is highly recommended.
