All the staff were extremely friendly and everything was made better because of that. The room was perfect and in the heat having ac constantly was much needed. The hotel is in such a great location walking distance from all the main landmarks. I loved my stay here.

Amazing location, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet room with good shutters to keep out the light and good air con. Nice products in bathroom. Good shower pressure.

In the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff are very polite and understanding. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Lisbon. Tip: Please consider adding a curtain to the window of room 501. It's not very pleasant to make eye contact with the neighbors across the street when the shutters are open.

Great hotel in a great location. Stylish room with a very comfortable bed, small but perfectly soundproofed. Delicious and varied breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful.
